This Amazing Resort Is Debuting New Overwater Villas On The Caribbean

Sandals Resorts International is set to inaugurate its newest resort in the Caribbean, Sandals St. Vincent, scheduled for next year.

The St. Vincent and the Grenadines resort will be Sandals’ ninth Caribbean location and the company’s 18th resort overall.

Originally intended to be a Beaches resort, the resort was changed to Sandals and opened in the site of the former Buccament Bay resort.

Reservations are currently being accepted for the brand-new all-inclusive resort, which is scheduled to open on March 27, 2024, according to the company.

There will be 301 rooms at the 50-acre resort, including the Vincy Overwater Two-Story Villas, a group of overwater villas.

“This resort is a dream more than two decades in the making – from the moment we laid eyes on Vincy, as the locals lovingly call her, and felt this sense of magic and wonder and awe so palpable you could almost touch it,” said Adam Stewart, Executive Chairman of Sandals Resorts International.

“A true diamond of a place, she meets every possibility to deliver an exceptional experience worthy of her very site. Handpicked for its stunning location within an alluring west-facing valley, mere moments away from untouched cays, cliffside caves, and coves, our guests will soon loll in the beauty of Sandals Saint Vincent and The Grenadines,” he added.

The resort will feature a number of corporate “firsts,” including Buccan’s, a community restaurant; Imoro, a grab-and-go restaurant serving healthy bowls; Three Jewels, a rum bar specializing in Eastern Caribbean rums; and Parisol, an open-air beach club with cuisine.

A 300-foot linear pool with cabanas and access to a swim-up bar will be the focal point of the hotel.

Of course, the resort will also have a Red Lane Spa.

Since the opening of the brand-new Sandals Dunn’s River in Jamaica earlier this year, this will be the first Sandals to open in the Caribbean.

The resort will be part of the exclusive collection of all-inclusive resorts in St. Vincent and the Grenadines led by Palm Island Resort.
