Islands settled by the British with mongoose are my preference. March is not warm enough to swim in the gorgeous Caribbean water of the Bahamas.Jamaica is beautiful n warm but beware of crime. Cayman Islands r expensive and safe but flat n not as lush n tropical looking as ones with mountains n waterfalls.

I can sleep at night without hearing gun shots, police and helicopter flying over my head. My only complaint is that I don’t understand why USA and Jamaican hospitals and doctors can’t work together to allow you to use you health insurance when traveling. There are doctors and hospitals ready to help with the concern if they can get paid. I love Jamaica and most of all I feel welcome. 0
