There are times if the year where risk is higher but it can absolutely can show up anytime, anywhere. It’s well past the worst season and I’m on the Mexican Gulf coast at the moment. You claim this is a seaweed free area? Lol, well it’s absolutely full of it now. I was in Cancun a few days ago and it was just starting to get some. It’s nature and it doesn’t care about your vacation and with seaweed there is always a risk it will show up. And then it clears. Such are the cycles of nature.
